Redway Service - Lux Watch Service
Make your timepiece stand out with a new band! Redway got your back from new watch bands to watch band resizing. Bought your timepiece from Redway? We will gladly perform a band replacement or band resizing free of charge.
Redway Services
Once a Redway service order has been placed, Redway will be liably responsible for the timepiece. Redway will not be held liable if timepiece gets damaged apon arrival. For more information, please talk to a Redway Support Rep.
Rolex & Tag Heuer watch services only offered for Redway customer orders. Redway will not service Rolex and Tag Heuer watches from outside parties.
Watch Resizing/Band Replacement Process
1. Purchase a service *Reminder. Redway customers that purchase their watch or band on a Redway-owned platform gets this Redway service for free. Terms and Conditions may apply.
2. Send your timepiece to Redway by provied shipping label (Not needed for Redway orders requiring resizing)
3. Redway will preform the service to the timepiece and ship it out once finished.
4. Make sure you love the new look, if you are not happy with our service we will redo or refund the service.
